We have seen a huge improvement in our quoting process since moving to DocFlite. The product is much easier to work with, much more efficient so as a result, we are now getting quotes out significantly quicker.
We have multiple users sending quotes and we have designed our workflow to allow for multiple stages of approval. When a quote is accepted a job sheet is then automatically created. Our templates have been set up to include all our pricing. This has really streamlined our pricing process but with the ability to cost for one off and recurring prices on the same document we are enjoying the benefit of this flexibility.
We also have much more visibility of the status of our quotes and all the necessary metrics required to run a successful sales operation.
