Our company needed to be able to build some quite complex quotes that needed to be broken down into different sections for different parts of our services we offer.
We were using our CRM system to do this but it just wasn’t enough for us. We needed software that would allow us flexibility with our pricing to allow us to quote accurately.
We also needed these quotes to tie in to our CRM system – this is key for the smooth running of the business.
We had a very specific requirements around the integration of quotes with HubSpot and being able to easily adjust the document template while the quote is being build. When searching for solutions, i found it very hard to find anything that was good enough for our need. After seeing a recommendation from HubSpot i quickly got in touch and the final solution was found

The feature of being able to add multiple different pricing tables and add customisable text fields has allowed us now to efficiently provide quotes for the complex jobs that we’ll be servicing. The quotes easily sync with HubSpot so that the contact details are pulled down and the quotes are pushed back into HubSpot.
