When potential new clients were interested in our services, they would contact the office and we would not be able to give a quote there and then. The reason for this is that only one person, the business owner, had the authority to price for new work. This was creating a bottleneck in our process and ultimately, was affecting our revenue stream.
With no central place to store or easily access our previous quotes, there was also an issue in the consistency of our pricing.

It has also been very helpful for us to keep track of the status of quotes – everything is clearly displayed in our pipeline screen.
We found such an improvement to our quote process, we now also use it for Client Onboarding. This document is where we gather essential and often lawfully required information that we need to take on these new clients, such as ID, NI numbers and UTR’s.
We have designed our workflow so on quote acceptance, our client onboarding document is automatically sent to these new customers. As a business we are striving to be more streamlined and DocFlite has kickstarted that with their amazing software and customer service.
